Version 1.2.0 of Raven Tracker is now available, featuring an all new group of predefined User Roles with a more extensive set of permissions.

What are User Roles?

A user role defines a set of privileges or permissions for users to perform certain tasks. This release of Raven Tracker introduces an all new group of predefined roles for accountant and pub users, all with a more extensive set of permissions.

Accountant Roles

Super Accountant
A Super User with complete access to everything.

Payroll Accountant
Read-write access to payroll and employees. Read-only access to accounts.

System Accountant
Read-write access to accounts. Read-only access to payroll and employees.

Guest Accountant
Read-only access to everything (except private files and data).

Pub Roles

Pub Owner
Full access to assigned sites.

Pub Manager
Full access to assigned sites (except private files and data).

Pub Assistant
Read-write access to files, invoices, cash sheets & notice board. No access to payroll, employee or private files.

Pub Supervisor
Read-write access to files & invoices. Read-only access to cash sheets. No access to notice board, payroll employees, or private files.

Pub Staff
Read-write access to invoices. No access to files, notice board, cash sheets, payroll or employees.

Pub Stock Taker
Read only access to files, invoices & cash sheets. No access to notice board, payroll, employees or private files.

Pub Guest
Read-only access to assigned sites (except private files and data).
