Raven Tracker 1.4.6

Version 1.4.6 of Raven Tracker is now available! This release introduces a new optional Wage Sheet Template, which is used to initialise all future Wage Sheets with predefined employees and hours worked.

Wage Sheet Template

The weekly wage sheet makes it incredibly easy to add employees and report their hours worked throughout the week. Once all hours are recorded and confirmed, the wage sheet is then submitted for payroll processing.

An often requested feature was to copy employees from one week to the next week to save time adding mostly the same employees every time. What we have done instead is add a new Wage Sheet Template feature. The intended purpose is to add all the regular employees to the template, and optionally add the employees regular working hours.

Once the Wage Sheet Template is available, all future wage sheets are initialised using the employees and hours worked as defined in the template. This can significantly reduce the time taken to complete a wage sheet, all that’s left is to add the remaining occasional employees and to verify the hours worked for all employees.
