Auction Labs 1.2.04

Auction LabsAuction Labs 1.2.04 is now available. This release focuses on bug fixes and performance enhancements, but does contain a couple of important new features.

Sale Notes for Buyers

There is a new auction specific Sales Notes for the individual buyers. When a buyer phones and confirms details of collection and payment the Sales Notes can be updates and seen remotely by the team. This will also assist when chasing late payment to know what has occurred.

Terms Agreed by Auction

There is now a Terms Agreed date for each auction. In previous releases, the Terms Agreed date had to be set for each buyer. From now on, when the Terms Agreed date is set for an auction, this will be printed on all buyers invoice. When a Terms Agreed date is set for an individual registered buyer, this will take precedent over the auction date.
