Raven Tracker Pricing

For tiered pricing clients, we review your active site count every quarter. If your site count exceeds or falls below your current tier threshold for two consecutive months, your pricing adjusts to the appropriate tier at the next quarterly review. This ensures you always pay fair rates based on actual usage.

Clients automatically transition from per-site to Tier 1 pricing when they reach 50 sites for two consecutive months. If you drop below 50 sites, you'll return to per-site pricing at the next quarterly review.

An active site is any hospitality business (pub, club, restaurant, or hotel) for which you access Raven Tracker features during the billing period. Sites that are archived or inactive are not counted.

Custom feature development specific to your requirements, priority support packages, and on-site training are billed separately. All standard features, updates, and support are included.

Per-site pricing operates on a rolling monthly basis with 30-day notice for changes. Tiered pricing requires a 12-month initial term with 90-day renewal notice, but includes quarterly reviews to adjust pricing based on your site count.
