Bitmap Brothers® and Amiga working together to bring their titles to BlackBerry
LONDON, England/SEATTLE, Washington, USA. — February 28, 2013 — Bitmap Brothers and Amiga, Inc. are working together to bring Bitmap Brothers catalog of Amiga games to the latest BlackBerry® devices. “Seeing Speedball and Xenon on the new BlackBerry Z10 smartphone was fantastic and working with Amiga will allow all of our titles to be available for all of the new BlackBerry devices,” said Mike Montgomery Founder Bitmap Brothers.
Amiga is pleased to announce the immediate availably of Xenon, Xenon 2 and Speedball for the new BlackBerry Z10 and PlayBook. Amiga will continue to release more Bitmap Brothers titles including The Chaos Engine, Gods and Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe. All of the titles will be available in February 2013.
The first Amiga computer shipped in 1985 and was an immediate hit with game developers and publishers. Many of today’s best known game publishers got their start on the Amiga.
